Loudoun County leaves no child behind

Growing up, Nicole Rubloff repeatedly heard numerous survival stories from her father, Jack Wagschal, about his experiences as a Holocaust survivor. Now, as a student-teacher at Douglass School in Leesburg, Rubloff was able to let her students in the Loudoun County “Saving Nine” program experience those stories first-hand Tuesday.

    What they do leave behind, is the very accelerated or “gifted” child – really no differentiated learning pathways here.
